Terms and Conditions

The use of SportCoachs paid services is subject to the following subscription and contracting conditions.

1. Service Description and Pricing

SportCoachs offers the SportCoachs Basic subscription, granting access to exclusive AI-based tools. The subscription price is 29 € per month, taxes included according to the applicable rate for the end customer.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer an initial 14-day free trial period. Applicable conditions:

• The trial can only be used once per user.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to start the trial period.
• The cost during the first 14 days will be 0 €. No charges will be made before this period ends.

3. Automatic Renewal and Payments

Once the 14-day trial ends, if you have not canceled previously, the subscription will renew automatically, and the monthly fee of 29 €/month will be charged to the provided card.

Subsequent payments will be made automatically month by month on the same day of the month your trial period ended.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You have the possibility to cancel your subscription at any time from your user profile ("Manage subscription").

• If you cancel during the 14-day trial period, no charges will be made, and your access will be revoked.
• If you cancel after the monthly fee has been charged, the cancellation will prevent future charges. You will retain access to the premium tools until the end of your current billing period (i.e., the time you have already paid for).

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, counting from the initial contracting date.

Since the subscription offers an initial 14-day free trial period, if you withdraw or cancel during this period, you will not be charged any amount.

Use of tools and withdrawal: Starting the service or using the tools during the withdrawal period does not by itself eliminate your right of withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal or cancellation:

• Withdrawal during the trial period (first 14 days): Immediate cancellation, free of charge.
• Ordinary cancellation after the trial: Prevents any future charges. Access will be maintained until the end of the already paid monthly billing period.
• Refunds: Except in cases of undue charges, duplicates, or lack of conformity established by law, accrued monthly fees are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs after the 14-day withdrawal period from the initial contract has expired.

6. Withdrawal Procedure and Form

You can exercise your right of withdrawal through the "Withdraw from contract" function available in your user profile, or by sending an email to sportcoachs777@gmail.com.
