This privacy policy explains how SportCoachs collects and processes your personal data.

1. Data we collect

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the application to function:

• Identity and Contact Data: Name, surname, and email address, obtained during registration to manage your account (via Supabase).
• Usage and Content Data: The data and texts (inputs) you provide to the application's tools, your AI generation history, and the status of your subscription plan.
• Payment Data: SportCoachs does not store credit card data. All payment information is securely handled directly by Stripe.

2. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to:

• Allow access and authentication to the platform.
• Provide the core service: using your instructions and parameters to generate AI recommendations and content.
• Manage the status of your subscription (trials, payments, cancellations).
• Send essential notifications related to the service or your account.

3. Third-party services

To provide the service, we strictly share necessary information with the following service providers (Data Processors):

• Supabase: Authentication services and cloud databases.
• Stripe: Payment gateway and subscription management.
• Artificial Intelligence Services (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic/Google): Receive the texts you input anonymously and isolated to generate the response (they are not used to train their models by default according to their commercial APIs).

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose, or limit the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to sportcoachs777@gmail.com.
